On Sunday 16 May 2010 the Australian Historic Motoring Federation (AHMF) is initiating a national Motoring Heritage Day to demonstrate the strength of the Australian motoring enthusiast movement. The AHMF hopes to have up to 200,000 vehicles from the 900 plus AHMF affiliated vehicle clubs on the road on the same day around Australia.

The AHMF is encouraging as many veteran, vintage and classic vehicles on the road at the same time throughout Australia to gain maximum publicity for their vehicles and motoring clubs.
