	To ensure equal opportunity for all vehicles submitted to Concours d’Elegance Australia, it is required that you complete this information as accurately as possible. The Selection Committee will not consider your vehicle if they feel insufficient information has been received.
	ADDITIONAL PROVISIONAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
	• Recent photographs must accompany the Entrant & Display Nomination Form, these should include - profile, front, back, interior, exterior, engine bay, front quarter of automobile or motorcycle • Submission of historic documentation is encouraged including period photographs • The Selection Committee reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any entry. You will be notified in writing if your vehicle is selected or declined, and if successful will receive a detailed information pack. • Vehicles must be driven onto the Concours or Display field • No “For Sale” signs, displays or illustrations will be allowed • The Selection Committee will have the final decision on classes and classifications, and may vary to the above lists • One entry form per vehicle • The fee for successful automobile applicants is $200.00 AUD (including GST, Concours entry for 2 people and a Registration Pack) and is due upon official notification. • The fee for successful motorcycle applicants is $100.00 AUD (including GST, Concours entry for 2 people and a Registration Pack) and is due upon official notification. • The fee for successful display vehicle applicants is $50.00 AUD (including GST, Concours entry for 2 people and a Registration Pack) and is due upon official notification. • A 20% fee reduction will be granted to the owners with multiple vehicles selected for Concours and Display entry. • Entrant/Display nominations close in August 2010. All nominees will be notified of the Selection Committee’s decision by the end of August. • All successful nominees will be requested to submit a further authenticity form to provide additional vehicle information.
